How To Return an Order

1) You will need to contact us via email at customercare@thegoodwoolhome.com to notify of the return and include the order number and the reason for returning the item(s). This will need to be done within the designated return window of 30 days (your sleep trial)

2) Send your return back to us using the method of your choice at:

3) Email us a copy of the return tracking number at customercare@thegoodwoolhome.com


4) Once we receive confirmation of your return, a refund will be given to the same account used for payment. This will be processed within 30 days of receipt at our returns center.  However, returns are usually processed much quicker. 

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning goods, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. All returns, whether used or unused, must be returned with the product securely packaged in a box.
